About the #PHXJRB
The Phoenix Jr. Bassmasters is a youth fishing club for kids ages 8-15.
We are dedicated to producing 5-6 fun, safe, and educational
fishing tournaments each year.
Our mission is to foster leadership, problem solving, sportsmanship, public speaking skills, promote environmental awareness, personal responsibility and community service.
Our club members fish 5-6 competitive tournaments on a variety of Arizona Lakes. Anglers in the 8-15 year old age group are competing for the title of Angler of the Year, and to become the Arizona representatives to the B.A.S.S. Junior National Championship and to the TBF Junior World Championship held in conjunction with the prestigious Forrest Wood Cup.
The Phoenix Jr. Bassmasters believe that we’re building a positive future
for our youth by teaching them about fishing, fun, respect, and the
great outdoors.
